As a publicly held utility, KCP&L is regulated by state commissions in each territory we serve. Here you'll find downloadable PDFs of KCP&L's rates, operating rules and regulations (tariffs). Rates, rules and regulations vary by state and service.
Also here are our electric extension standards; consult these standards if you are planning and/or constructing electric service and/or meter installations.
These documents also are available at local KCP&L offices and local or national commission offices. Although materially the same, the official tariffs on file with the governing commission will hold precedence over these documents in the event of a discrepancy.
